A condensed, hand-rendered display face with irregular stroke edges, sharp tapers, and frequent drip-like terminals that hang below baselines and crossbars. Forms are mostly upright with a slightly wavering, organic rhythm, and many glyphs show jagged notches or torn-looking contours as if drawn with a dry brush and pooling ink. Counters tend to be small and dark, and joins often end in pointed hooks, giving letters a tense, scratchy silhouette. Numerals and capitals share the same distressed treatment, with uneven widths and intentionally inconsistent detailing for a rough, animated texture.

Best suited for short display copy such as horror posters, Halloween promotions, thriller title treatments, game logos, and spooky event flyers. It also works for chapter headers, packaging accents, and social graphics where the dripping texture can be a central visual motif.

The font projects a horror-leaning, haunted tone—like smeared ink, claw marks, and candle-drip wax. Its roughness feels immediate and handmade, reading as ominous and theatrical rather than polished or formal.

This design appears intended to simulate hand-inked lettering with deliberate distress—pooling, drips, and sharp tears—to quickly signal a spooky atmosphere. The condensed proportions help it stack into compact titles while the irregular terminals and textured edges deliver character and tension.

The distressed detailing is strong enough that small sizes and dense settings may close up, especially where drips and internal gaps cluster. It is most effective when given breathing room, where the hanging terminals and spiky edges can read as deliberate texture rather than noise.
