This typeface presents strong vertical stems with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a distinctly sculpted, flared finishing on many strokes. Serifs read as sharp and slightly bracketed, with wedge-like entry and exit shapes that give the outlines a carved, calligraphic edge rather than a purely mechanical finish. Counters are relatively compact and the overall rhythm is vertical and steady, with crisp joins and pointed apexes that keep forms taut. In text, the face maintains a dense, emphatic color and crisp silhouette, while the flaring and tapering create lively sparkle along word shapes.

Best suited for display applications where contrast and sculpted details can be appreciated—headlines, title sequences, book jackets, posters, and brand marks that want a classic-but-dramatic voice. It can also work for short editorial decks or pull quotes, where its dense texture and sharp terminals add authority without needing very large sizes.

The tone is formal and assertive, with a slightly theatrical, old-world flair that feels suited to dramatic titles and statement typography. Its sharp serifs and flared endings add a ceremonial, editorial character—confident, a bit stern, and intentionally attention-grabbing.

The design appears intended to merge classical serif structure with expressive, flared stroke endings to produce a bold, attention-forward texture. It prioritizes silhouette impact and a carved, high-contrast rhythm that gives traditional letterforms a more dramatic, display-ready presence.

Capitals have a stately presence with tight interior space and clear vertical emphasis, while lowercase forms keep the same carved quality through tapered strokes and angular terminals. Numerals follow the same high-contrast, flared logic, reading bold and display-oriented with strong silhouette clarity.
