This serif typeface features sharply defined, bracketed wedge serifs and a pronounced thick–thin modulation that gives strokes a carved, sculptural quality. Capitals are relatively broad with generous counters and crisp terminals; diagonals and joins stay clean, emphasizing a confident, formal rhythm. The lowercase balances compact bowls with distinct entry/exit strokes and pointed terminals, while numerals show similarly chiseled detailing and strong vertical emphasis. Overall color is dense and polished, with high contrast creating bright internal whites and clear, well-separated letterforms at display sizes.

Best suited to headlines, decks, pull quotes, and cover typography where its contrast and sharp detailing can be appreciated. It also works well for premium branding and packaging, and for editorial layouts that want a classical, high-end voice; extended small text may require careful sizing due to the fine hairlines.

The tone is refined and commanding, with a distinctly editorial and luxury feel. Its sharp serifs and dramatic contrast evoke classic book and magazine typography, projecting seriousness and prestige while remaining crisp and contemporary in finish.

The design appears intended as a modern, high-contrast serif for conventional typography settings, combining classical proportions with crisp, wedge-serif detailing to achieve a prestigious, attention-grabbing display presence.

Pointed, wedge-like serifs and tapered terminals create a consistent “cut” motif across letters, especially visible in angled forms like A, V, W, X, and in the tail of Q. The overall silhouette reads formal and composed, with strong horizontal serifs that help anchor lines in headlines and short passages.
