A high-contrast italic serif with a strong diagonal slant and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Hairlines are extremely fine and crisp, while the main strokes stay firm, creating a polished, shimmering texture in text. Serifs are sharp and tapered with minimal bracketing, and terminals often finish in pointed, calligraphic flicks. Proportions show a relatively short x-height with long ascenders/descenders and compact counters, giving the lowercase an airy, refined cadence. Numerals and capitals follow the same formal, engraved feel, with narrow joins and precise curves.

Best suited to editorial headlines, fashion and beauty layouts, luxury branding, and formal printed pieces such as invitations or programs. It can work for short to medium text in high-quality print or high-resolution digital contexts where the hairlines can remain intact and the contrast can be appreciated.

The tone is refined and theatrical—confident, upscale, and decidedly editorial. Its dramatic contrast and italic movement suggest sophistication and ceremony, with a distinctly fashionable, headline-driven presence.

The design appears intended to deliver a modernized, fashion-oriented take on classical high-contrast italics, prioritizing elegance, motion, and a premium surface texture. It aims to provide strong typographic flavor and hierarchy in display settings while retaining enough regularity for refined text passages.

In continuous setting the contrast produces a bright, vertical sparkle and emphasizes rhythm over density, especially in the lowercase. The ampersand and swash-like terminals introduce a subtle calligraphic character that reads as formal rather than playful.
