A sharply elongated display face with dramatic thick–thin modulation and a tense, vertical rhythm. Stems are extremely slim and often interrupted by tapering wedges, ink-trap-like notches, and asymmetric cuts that create a hand-drawn, slightly unstable silhouette. Serifs are minimal but frequently implied through pointed terminals and blade-like flares, while counters are narrow and compressed, giving the letters a tall, stretched profile. Overall spacing feels tight and columnar, with decorative internal breaks and uneven stroke joins that read as intentionally irregular rather than purely traditional serif construction.

Best used at large sizes where the internal cuts, tapered terminals, and extreme vertical rhythm can be appreciated. It fits poster headlines, event promotions, packaging accents, book or album titling, and logo marks aiming for an uncanny, boutique, or sideshow-like personality. For longer text, the compressed counters and decorative interruptions will read as more expressive than comfortable.

The tone is mischievous and macabre-leaning, combining a vintage stage-poster drama with a deliberately odd, experimental edge. Its spiky interruptions and stretched proportions make it feel playful yet slightly eerie—well suited to titles that want to look curated, strange, and attention-seeking rather than polite or neutral.

The design appears intended to rework a narrow, high-drama serif skeleton into an intentionally irregular showpiece, using carved-in breaks and pointed terminals to create a one-off, characterful texture. The goal reads as instant personality and memorability—more about spectacle and mood than conventional readability.

Uppercase forms show pronounced verticality and occasional interior slits that add texture in headline settings, while lowercase maintains the same pinched, stylized logic with distinctive dots and narrow apertures. Numerals echo the same theatrical contrast and tapered terminals, reinforcing a cohesive, ornamental voice across alphanumerics.
