A stylized serif with sculpted, wedge-like terminals and frequent triangular notches that read like ink traps cut into joins and corners. Strokes are largely monolinear in feel but shaped by sharp shears, curved cut-ins, and tapered tips that create a chiseled silhouette. Counters tend to be open and slightly irregular in contour, while curves (notably in O/C/G and the bowls) are carved with deep bites that add sparkle. The lowercase shows compact, sturdy forms with distinctive pointed beaks on letters like a/c/e and a more decorative, calligraphic treatment in f, y, and the diagonals of v/w/x. Numerals echo the same cut-and-carve logic, with strong gestures and occasional swash-like turns.

Best suited to display roles such as magazine headlines, fashion or culture editorial, brand marks, and packaging where its carved details and wedge terminals can be appreciated. It can work for short pull quotes or titling, but is most convincing when set large enough to preserve the crisp interior cuts and distinctive terminals.

The overall tone is bold and dramatic without becoming heavy, projecting a fashion-forward, slightly baroque elegance. Its sharp internal cuts and wedge serifs give it a theatrical, poster-like energy, while the consistent carving motif keeps it feeling deliberate and refined rather than chaotic.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classical serif proportions through a contemporary, carved construction—using notches and wedge terminals to create a signature texture and strong memorability. It prioritizes visual character and high-impact word shapes for display typography over quiet, text-first neutrality.

In text, the font produces a lively rhythm with pronounced light-catching edges and distinctive word shapes; the internal notches become a defining texture at display sizes. The design’s angular cut-ins can tighten perceived spacing in dense settings, so it benefits from generous tracking and larger sizes where the detailing can breathe.
