A heavy, block-built slab serif with a distinctly modular construction and deep, repeated cut-ins through the midline of many glyphs. Strokes are dominated by broad verticals and squared terminals, while counters are tightened into ovals and slots, producing strong figure/ground contrast. The notches and bridging shapes create a stencil-like rhythm and a slightly mechanical, engineered texture, especially noticeable in the capitals and numerals. Overall spacing reads compact and dense, with letterforms that feel deliberately sculpted rather than purely geometric.

Best suited for headlines, posters, and branding where the notch-and-bridge construction can be appreciated at larger sizes. It works well on packaging, labels, and signage that benefit from an industrial or retro display voice, and can add strong personality to short wordmarks or title treatments.

The tone is bold and poster-forward, mixing retro signage energy with an experimental, industrial edge. The recurring midline cutouts add a playful, coded feel—like machinery, labeling, or typographic puzzles—while keeping an authoritative, high-impact presence.

The design appears intended to reinterpret a classic slab foundation with a systematic, stencil-inspired intervention—using repeated midline cutouts to create a signature texture and a sense of mechanical precision. It prioritizes graphic impact and recognizable patterning over neutral text versatility.

The distinctive internal cutouts reduce conventional readability at small sizes but become a defining visual motif at display sizes. Curved letters (C, G, O, Q) emphasize oval counters and horizontal apertures, while many straight-sided forms lean into squared shoulders and slabbed ends for a rigid, constructed silhouette.
