A heavy display face built from chunky, irregular letterforms with sharp, chiseled corners and uneven outlines. Strokes are predominantly straight and angular, with frequent nicks and notches that create a cut-paper or carved look. Many glyphs feature internal cut-outs and slit-like counters that behave like inline openings, giving the black shapes a hollowed, gouged texture rather than smooth bowls. Spacing and widths vary noticeably across characters, adding a lively, hand-crafted rhythm; capitals and lowercase share a consistent rugged construction, while numerals match the same fractured, blocky silhouette.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as posters, horror or Halloween-themed titles, band/album artwork, and attention-grabbing event flyers. It can also work well for game UI titles, chapter headers, or packaging where a rugged, carved display style is desired rather than smooth, continuous reading.

The overall tone feels mischievous and slightly sinister—like a hand-carved headline from a haunted funhouse sign. Its rough edges and gouged interiors lend an energetic, rebellious attitude that reads as intentionally imperfect and theatrical.

The design appears intended to mimic rough, hand-cut lettering—combining bold, blocky shapes with carved inline openings to add texture and drama. Its variable widths and jagged detailing prioritize character and atmosphere over strict typographic regularity.

Because the interiors are broken up by carved openings and the outlines are highly irregular, readability drops quickly as sizes get smaller or when tracking is tight. The strongest results come from generous sizing and enough space for the internal cut-outs to remain visible.
