A high-contrast serif with pronounced vertical stress, crisp hairline serifs, and strong thick–thin modulation through bowls and stems. Serifs are sharp and minimally bracketed, giving the face a clean, chiseled finish rather than a soft, calligraphic one. Capitals are stately with wide-set proportions and confident curves, while the lowercase shows compact, sturdy forms with a moderately sized x-height and crisp entry/exit strokes. Figures are lining and similarly contrasted, with elegant curves and thin connecting strokes that keep the rhythm light despite the dark main strokes.

Best suited for display typography such as magazine headlines, editorial spreads, book or article titles, and brand wordmarks where contrast and refinement are desired. It can also work for short pull quotes or section heads, especially in print-oriented layouts that can hold its hairline detail.

The overall tone is polished and authoritative, with a distinctly editorial sophistication. Its dramatic contrast and razor-fine details read as premium and fashion-adjacent, while the traditional construction keeps it grounded and formal.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, high-fashion take on a classical serif model: commanding at headline scales, visually elegant in text samples, and built around strong vertical strokes paired with precise hairline finishing.

At larger sizes the hairlines and fine serifs become a defining feature, producing a bright, sparkling texture between heavier stems. In dense settings the face maintains a strong vertical cadence, but the thin details suggest it will look best when given enough size, spacing, or quality output to preserve those delicate strokes.
