A heavy, high-contrast serif with strongly sculpted letterforms and a vertical, display-oriented rhythm. Strokes alternate between thick, rounded main stems and much finer connecting strokes, with sharp, triangular serifs and beak-like terminals that create pronounced flicks on curves and joins. The proportions are expansive, with generous widths and broad counters; rounds (O, C, G, 0) read as wide ovals, while verticals feel weighty and stable. Curves often pinch into narrow waists and notches, giving the texture a carved, slightly engraved look rather than smooth transitional shaping.

Best suited for headlines and short display settings where the strong contrast and sculpted details can read clearly. It works well for posters, mastheads, packaging, and book-cover titling that benefits from a dramatic, vintage-leaning voice. For long text or small sizes, the fine joins and sharp details may become visually dense and should be tested.

The overall tone is bold and declarative, with a slightly theatrical, old-style flair. Its sharp serifs and swashy terminals add a touch of vintage drama—confident, attention-seeking, and a bit playful in larger sizes.

The design appears intended as a high-impact display serif that foregrounds contrast and distinctive terminals over neutrality. Its wide stance and carved detailing suggest a goal of creating memorable, emphatic typography for branding and editorial titling.

Uppercase forms carry the strongest personality, especially in letters with bowls and diagonals where the fine joins and pointed terminals become graphic features. Numerals follow the same wide, weight-forward construction, with the 2 and 3 showing pronounced curved beaks and the 9 featuring a prominent lower sweep.
