A very light, high-contrast serif with subtly irregular, calligraphy-led outlines. Stems are slender and taper into sharp, wedge-like serifs, while curves (notably in C, O, and G) show faceted transitions rather than perfectly smooth geometry. Capitals feel stately and slightly narrow in rhythm, with pointed apexes and crisp terminals; the lowercase is compact and lively, with a single-storey a and g and a modest, slightly uneven stroke modulation that keeps the texture active. Numerals follow the same delicate, edged construction, reading cleanly at display sizes.

This font suits editorial and publishing contexts where a refined, classical voice is desired—book covers, chapter openers, magazine features, and pull quotes. It also works well for branding and packaging that benefits from a historic or crafted impression, especially when set at medium to large sizes.

The overall tone is literary and antiquarian, like type drawn from early printing or hand-cut letterforms. Its crisp edges and faint irregularity add a handcrafted, atmospheric feel that can suggest folklore, fantasy, or historical settings without becoming overtly decorative.

The design appears intended to blend old-style warmth with a deliberately chiseled, hand-drawn edge—delivering a traditional serif reading rhythm while adding personality through faceted curves and sharp, tapered serifs.

Spacing and color appear intentionally airy, creating an open page texture that favors larger sizes. The faceted joins and sharp terminals give the face a distinctive, slightly etched character compared with smoother old-style serifs.
