A heavy, extended slab serif with broad proportions and confident, blocky construction. Strokes stay largely even, with only modest modulation, and the serifs are thick and strongly present, often bracketed into the stems for a softer, more carved transition. Curves are generous and counters are wide, giving letters like C, O, and e an open, readable interior. Overall spacing and rhythm feel steady and emphatic, with rounded joins and terminals that prevent the weight from feeling sharp or brittle.

Best suited for headlines, posters, and storefront-style signage where its wide, heavy silhouette can do the work of grabbing attention. It can also serve branding, labels, and packaging that benefit from a robust, heritage-leaning slab serif voice. For body text, it’s more comfortable at larger sizes (subheads, callouts, short paragraphs) where the weight and width have room to breathe.

The font projects a sturdy, workmanlike tone with a distinctly retro flavor—part letterpress, part signage. Its wide stance and heavy slabs read as dependable and straightforward, while the rounded details add approachability and warmth. The result feels confident and slightly nostalgic rather than formal or delicate.

The design appears intended to combine classic slab-serif solidity with a more modern, softened finish—delivering high impact without harshness. It aims for strong readability at display sizes, using open counters, stable proportions, and prominent slabs to create a dependable, industrial-tinged personality.

In the sample text, the bold slabs create a strong horizontal emphasis, helping lines feel grounded and stable. The lowercase shows familiar, text-friendly forms (double-story a and g) that support longer reading better than display-only styles, while still retaining a bold, attention-getting presence.
