A condensed serif with prominent flared stroke endings and tapered joins that give the letters a carved, calligraphic feel. Stems are generally straight and vertical, with moderate thick–thin modulation that reads clearly at display sizes. Serifs often broaden from the stem rather than forming flat slabs, and many terminals finish in sharp, slightly wedge-like points. The lowercase shows tall ascenders and compact counters, creating a tight, vertical rhythm, while capitals are narrow with crisp, sculpted silhouettes and occasional distinctive details (such as a more ornamental ‘Q’ and a brisk, angled ‘R’ leg). Numerals follow the same narrow, high-contrast logic with open forms and pointed terminals.

Best suited to display and titling contexts where its condensed build and flared serifs can read as intentional style—editorial headlines, book and film titles, poster typography, and refined branding. It can work for short text passages, but the tight proportions and lively terminals will be most effective when given comfortable size and spacing.

The overall tone is formal and literary, with an old-style, engraved character that feels theatrical without becoming decorative script. Its narrow proportions and flared endings create a poised, slightly dramatic voice suited to classic or editorial atmospheres.

The font appears designed to deliver a classical, engraved-like elegance in a space-saving, condensed width. Its flared serifs and tapered terminals suggest an intention to blend traditional serif authority with a slightly expressive, theatrical edge for impactful titles and identity work.

The design’s condensed spacing and strong vertical emphasis produce a dense texture in paragraphs, while the flared serifs and sharp terminals add sparkle in headlines. Round letters retain firmness rather than softness, helping the face stay crisp and structured despite the expressive stroke endings.
