A compact, display-oriented serif with pronounced thick–thin contrast and wedge-like, flaring terminals that read as chiseled rather than bracketed. Stems swell into sharp triangular serifs, producing a crisp, angular rhythm and a strong vertical emphasis. Counters are relatively tight and the joins show small notches and pinched transitions, adding a carved, slightly calligraphic tension. Uppercase forms feel sturdy and monumental, while the lowercase maintains a conventional proportion with lively, pointed terminals and a dense overall color on the page.

Best suited to short-form typography where contrast and sculpted terminals can be appreciated: headlines, pull quotes, cover lines, titles, and brand marks. It can work well for fashion, culture, or premium product packaging that benefits from a formal, high-impact serif voice.

The overall tone is commanding and editorial, mixing classical gravitas with a slightly theatrical sharpness. Its flared endings and high-contrast stroke modulation suggest a heritage, engraved sensibility while still feeling punchy and contemporary in display settings.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold editorial serif with flared, wedge-like endings that amplify contrast and create a carved, monumental impression. Its narrow footprint and dense color suggest a focus on fitting impactful text into tight spaces while retaining a distinctive, classic character.

The texture is intentionally spiky at key terminals (notably on diagonals and cross-strokes), which increases sparkle in headlines but can make long passages feel busy at smaller sizes. Numerals and capitals carry strong presence and look designed to hold their shape in tight, impactful compositions.
