A slab-serif, typewriter-like design with broad proportions and a steady, monospaced rhythm. Strokes show noticeable roughening and ink spread, with softened corners, nicks, and occasional interior speckling that makes each letter feel printed rather than drawn. Serifs are sturdy and blunt, terminals are heavy, and curves are slightly lumpy, creating an intentionally imperfect texture while keeping letterforms clear and consistent. Counters remain open and readable, and the overall color is dark and dense on the line.

It works well for headlines and short-to-medium passages where a distressed, typewriter impression is desirable, such as posters, title cards, book covers, and editorial pull quotes. The monospaced cadence also suits faux documents, captions, labeling, and interface-like readouts where a mechanical rhythm is part of the aesthetic.

The font conveys an analog, lived-in tone—part typewritten document, part distressed print. Its uneven edges and blotchy ink character suggest age, urgency, and a slightly gritty, cinematic mood that reads as archival or underground rather than polished.

The design appears intended to emulate monospaced, slab-serif typing with deliberate wear and ink artifacts, delivering a printable, analog texture while maintaining legibility. It prioritizes mood and materiality—rough print, aged paper, and imperfect impression—over clean, contemporary precision.

Distress is applied consistently across the set, so the texture feels systematic rather than random, helping paragraphs hold together without losing the worn effect. The numeral set matches the same sturdy, inked-in construction, supporting cohesive settings in labels, dates, and short numeric strings.
