A tall, high-contrast display face built from narrow vertical stems and abrupt, wedge-cut terminals. The letterforms mix rigid rectangular counters with sharp triangular incisions, creating a faceted, carved look. Curves are reduced to squared-off or slightly chamfered shapes, and many joins feel intentionally pinched or notched, producing an uneven, experimental rhythm across the alphabet. Uppercase forms read more monolithic and condensed, while lowercase shows simplified, sometimes idiosyncratic constructions and a single-storey a and g; figures follow the same cut-in, angular logic with prominent internal cutouts.

Best suited to short, prominent settings such as posters, headings, title cards, and branding marks where its angular cut-ins can be appreciated. It can also work for themed packaging or event graphics that benefit from an eccentric, stylized voice, while extended body copy will likely feel busy.

The overall tone is oddball and theatrical—part mechanical, part gothic—thanks to the knife-edged cuts and quirky, improvised detailing. It feels intentionally off-kilter and attention-seeking, with a retro-futurist or arcade-title energy that prioritizes character over neutrality.

The design appears aimed at delivering a one-of-a-kind display voice by combining condensed, upright structures with aggressive wedge cuts and irregular, hand-improvised geometry. The goal seems to be a striking silhouette and distinctive internal shapes that read as carved or mechanically notched rather than traditionally drawn.

In text, the sharp notches and alternating solid/void shapes create a lively texture but can also introduce distraction at smaller sizes. The design’s emphasis on verticals and abrupt terminals makes it especially sensitive to spacing and line length, working best when given room to breathe.
