A heavy, high-impact serif with strongly flared stems and wedge-like, sharply cut terminals. The letters are built on broad proportions with tight internal counters, producing dense black shapes and strong vertical emphasis. Serifs are pronounced and often triangular, with bracketed transitions and pointed joins that create a slightly chiseled, carved impression. Curves are full and round, while diagonals (as in V, W, X, Y) form crisp, angular intersections that read cleanly at display sizes.

Best suited to display typography such as headlines, cover titles, and large-scale signage where its flared terminals and dense color can be appreciated. It can also work for branding, packaging, and editorial pull quotes when you want a classic-but-forceful voice. For longer text, it will be most comfortable in short bursts (decks, subheads, captions) where the tight counters and heavy strokes won’t overwhelm the page.

The tone is bold and declarative, combining a traditional, engraved sensibility with a modern punch. It feels authoritative and promotional, suited to messaging that needs to sound confident and attention-grabbing without becoming playful or casual.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through broad proportions, tight counters, and emphatic flared serifs, creating a distinctive silhouette that stays legible and authoritative at large sizes. It aims to bridge classic serif cues with a more aggressive, contemporary display energy.

Lowercase forms stay sturdy and compact, with short-looking apertures and strong shoulders that keep texture consistent in paragraphs. Numerals match the weight and contrast of the letters, reading as headline-friendly figures with clear silhouettes. Overall spacing and rhythm favor impact over airiness, giving lines of text a solid, poster-like color.
