A heavy slab-serif design with compact proportions and sturdy, blocky letterforms. Strokes show consistent weight but deliberately roughened outlines, with nicks, bite marks, and uneven terminals that mimic worn printing or ink spread. Serifs are short and squared, counters are relatively tight, and spacing feels slightly irregular, reinforcing an imperfect, analog rhythm. Numerals match the same chunky construction and distressed surface, remaining clear at display sizes while showing textured detail.

Best suited for display typography where texture is desirable: posters, event titles, label-style graphics, packaging fronts, and signage-inspired compositions. It also works well for short copy such as badges, callouts, chapter openers, and branding accents where a rugged, printed look is needed.

The font conveys a gritty, timeworn character—part old poster, part rubber-stamp impression. Its rough texture reads as tactile and handmade, suggesting dust, paper grain, and imperfect presswork. Overall it feels assertive and nostalgic, with a hint of frontier and workshop utility.

The design appears intended to recreate the look of forcefully printed, slightly degraded slab-serif type—like letterpress, wood type, or a well-used stamp. The goal is to deliver strong readability with a built-in distressed patina for thematic, retro-leaning layouts.

The distressing is integrated into the silhouettes rather than added as a separate overlay, so the irregularities affect edges and joins across the set. The texture is strong enough that smaller sizes may lose some internal detail, while larger settings highlight the worn contours and uneven inked areas.
