A refined serif italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a clear vertical stress. Hairline horizontals and delicate, sharply cut serifs contrast with fuller main strokes, producing a crisp, engraved feel. The italics show a consistent forward slant and calligraphic joins, with smooth, rounded bowls and tapered terminals; counters stay relatively open for a high-contrast design. Numerals and capitals share the same polished rhythm, with narrow hairline details and confident diagonals that keep the texture lively in setting.

Well suited to display and headline typography where the contrast and hairlines can be appreciated—magazine features, book covers, cultural programs, and premium brand identities. It can also serve for short-form text such as pull quotes or introductions when set with generous size and leading, where the italic rhythm reads clearly.

The overall tone is sophisticated and formal, with a distinctly editorial and literary flavor. Its shimmering hairlines and poised slant suggest luxury, tradition, and careful craft rather than utilitarian neutrality.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, high-fashion italic voice—prioritizing elegance, sharpness, and typographic drama through strong modulation and clean, finely finished serifs.

In the text sample, the fine strokes create a bright, sparkling color at larger sizes, while the narrow hairlines and sharp serifs give punctuation and capitals a distinctly crisp presence. The italic forms feel intentionally expressive, with noticeable entry/exit strokes that add motion without becoming script-like.
