A decorative serif with crisp, angular construction and frequent chamfered corners that create a faceted, chiseled look. Strokes are robust and fairly even, with small wedge-like terminals and short, blocky serifs that feel integrated into the stems rather than bracketed. Counters tend to be compact and polygonal (notably in O, Q, and numerals), while verticals stay dominant for a sturdy, poster-friendly rhythm. The overall spacing reads slightly variable by glyph, emphasizing a crafted, display-oriented texture rather than a strictly uniform text face.

Best suited for headlines, titles, and short bursts of text where the angular detailing can read clearly. It works well for posters, book covers, game or event branding, album artwork, and packaging that benefits from a historical or fantasy-inflected voice. For longer passages, it will be most effective when set large with generous tracking to keep the dense shapes from darkening the page.

The font conveys an old-world, Gothic-leaning tone—ceremonial, martial, and slightly theatrical. Its sharp corners and armored silhouettes suggest tradition and authority, with a faint “engraved” or “stone-carved” flavor that pushes it toward fantasy and historical signaling.

The design appears intended to deliver a recognizable Gothic-meets-engraved display presence without fully committing to traditional blackletter complexity. By using chamfered geometry, compact serifs, and sturdy vertical emphasis, it aims for strong impact, high recognizability, and a period-evocative mood in contemporary layout contexts.

Uppercase forms are particularly architectural, with squared bowls and clipped diagonals, while lowercase keeps the same faceted DNA and maintains strong legibility at display sizes. Numerals match the uppercase voice with octagonal-like rounds and firm, angular joins, supporting consistent titling and numeric lockups.
