A heavy, braced slab serif with broad proportions and a strongly anchored baseline. Strokes show noticeable modulation, with thick verticals and comparatively lighter joins and curves, giving the forms a carved, poster-like solidity. Serifs are prominent and mostly bracketed, and several letters feature rounded/teardrop terminals that soften the otherwise blocky construction. Counters tend to be compact and apertures relatively closed, producing dense, high-impact word shapes with clear vertical stress.

Best suited to display settings where mass and presence are desirable, such as posters, headlines, storefront or wayfinding-style signage, and bold packaging. It can also fit sports/college-inspired identity work where sturdy slabs and a classic, competitive tone are needed.

The overall tone is bold and assertive, evoking traditional signage and collegiate or athletic lettering. Its mix of sturdy slabs and rounded terminals adds a friendly, nostalgic warmth while still reading as authoritative and attention-grabbing.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a classic slab-serif voice: strong, stable letterforms for prominent settings, with slight rounding and modulation to keep the texture lively and approachable.

In the sample text, the texture is dark and even, with strong emphasis on stems and serifs that creates a pronounced rhythm at larger sizes. The numerals are robust and headline-oriented, matching the letterforms’ weight and strong footings.
