A distressed, brush-script display face with sharply tapered terminals and uneven, inked-in contours. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin modulation and a forward-leaning, handwritten slant, with frequent spur-like flicks and abrupt cutoffs that suggest a dry brush or worn printing. The letterforms are compact and tightly drawn, with bouncy baseline behavior and irregular widths that keep the texture lively. Counters are often tight and partially closed, and joins can look pinched or broken, reinforcing the rough, expressive surface.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as posters, album covers, event flyers, and bold packaging callouts where the rough brush texture can be a feature. It works well for thematic titling—horror, noir, underground, or rustic craft contexts—when set with generous tracking and plenty of contrast against the background.

The overall tone is gritty and animated, balancing a calligraphic flair with a weathered, hand-made edge. It reads as energetic and slightly ominous, with a punk-meets-folk character that feels crafted rather than engineered.

The design appears intended to emulate fast, pressure-sensitive brush lettering that has been distressed through wear, ink bleed, or rough reproduction. Its goal is to deliver a dramatic, handcrafted headline voice with a deliberately imperfect edge.

In text samples, the dense texture and narrow proportions create a dark typographic color, especially in mixed-case lines. Distress and stroke breaks add character at larger sizes but can reduce clarity in smaller settings, particularly where interiors close up or strokes collide.
