A heavy, compact display face with irregular, torn-looking contours and a rough inked silhouette. Strokes are thick and emphatic, but the edges break up into jagged nicks and uneven erosion, creating a printed-wear effect. Letterforms lean toward simple, blocky construction with occasional wedge-like corners, while counters remain mostly clear despite the distressed perimeter. Spacing reads slightly uneven due to the varying outer texture, giving the line a restless, handmade rhythm.

Best suited to short, high-impact applications such as posters, music artwork, game or film titling, and edgy event promotion where texture is part of the message. It can work for punchy subheads or pull quotes, but extended paragraphs may feel heavy and noisy unless set large with generous leading.

The overall tone is aggressive and gritty, with a lo-fi, underground feel reminiscent of photocopied flyers and worn rubber-stamp impressions. Its distressed texture adds tension and drama, making it feel rebellious, scrappy, and slightly ominous.

The design appears intended to deliver a bold display voice with the immediacy of rough print and abrasion, prioritizing attitude and texture over smooth refinement. It aims to look intentionally imperfect—like ink spread, chipped stencil edges, or distressed letterpress—to convey urgency and grit.

Uppercase shapes stay fairly stable in structure while the distressing introduces variability from glyph to glyph; the numerals match the same roughened edge treatment for consistent texture. At text sizes, the broken perimeter becomes a dominant feature and can visually darken words, so it reads strongest when given room and contrast.
