A delicate serif design with extremely thin, even stroke weight and crisp, square-ended slab serifs that read as hairline horizontals on the light verticals. The letterforms are built on classical proportions with generous counters and a calm, consistent rhythm; round letters are nearly circular and diagonals are clean and steep. Serifs are mostly unbracketed and rectilinear, giving a precise, architectural edge despite the overall light color. Lowercase forms are narrow and tidy, with compact bowls and a notably short x-height; details like the single-storey “g” and the long, elegant descender on “q” reinforce a traditional, text-oriented construction.

Best suited to larger text sizes where the fine serifs and hairline strokes can be appreciated—editorial headlines, book or journal titling, pull quotes, and formal collateral such as invitations or programs. It can also work for elegant wordmarks when paired with ample whitespace and high-contrast reproduction.

The tone is refined and quiet—more “printed literature” than “display spectacle.” Its thin, crisp detailing feels upscale and editorial, conveying restraint, sophistication, and a slightly old-world formality.

The design appears intended to merge the clarity and structure of slab serifs with an unusually light, refined stroke palette, creating a formal, print-classical voice that remains crisp and contemporary in its precision.

Spacing appears open and measured, helping the hairline strokes stay legible in larger settings. Numerals are similarly light and classical, with smooth curves and restrained terminals that keep the overall texture consistent with the letters.
