A heavy, block-driven slab serif with broad proportions and emphatic, rectangular serifs. Strokes are thick with modest contrast, and the joins and terminals feel blunt and squared-off, creating a dense, ink-trap-free silhouette. Counters are relatively compact and rounded within the otherwise rectilinear structure, and many letters carry pronounced slab feet and caps that widen the overall footprint. The lowercase shows a single-storey a and g with robust bowls and short, sturdy extenders, while figures are similarly weighty and wide with flat, stable bases.

Best suited to display settings where weight and presence are desirable: posters, bold headlines, storefront or wayfinding signage, product packaging, and logo wordmarks. It can also work for short pull quotes or labels where a rugged, attention-grabbing texture is preferred over light, extended reading.

The overall tone is bold and workmanlike, evoking vintage signage, frontier/western display, and industrial labeling. Its mass and slab detailing give it a confident, authoritative voice that reads as practical, assertive, and slightly nostalgic.

Designed to deliver maximum impact with a sturdy slab-serif voice, balancing squared structural geometry with rounded counters for legibility at large sizes. The proportions and heavy serifs suggest an intention toward classic sign lettering and bold editorial display rather than quiet text typography.

At text sizes it forms a dark, continuous texture with strong horizontal emphasis from the slabs, while at larger sizes the bracketed slab shaping and rounded internal forms become more apparent. The wide set and heavy weight make spacing and line breaks feel deliberate and impactful rather than delicate.
