A very heavy display serif with blackletter-leaning construction: vertical stems dominate, joins are angular, and many terminals end in sharp, triangular or notched wedges. Serifs are pronounced and often feel bracketed into the stems, creating a carved, chiseled silhouette with tight internal counters and rectangular apertures. Curves are minimized into faceted segments (notably in C, G, S, and the bowls), giving the alphabet a rigid, architectural rhythm. The lowercase retains a strong, structured presence with tall ascenders and compact counters, and the numerals follow the same blocky, wedge-ended logic for a unified texture in mixed settings.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as poster headlines, brand marks, labels, and display signage where its angular detailing can be appreciated. It can also work for themed editorial headers or event materials that benefit from a historic, gothic or western-inflected voice, while extended body text may feel heavy and visually insistent.

The tone is bold and ceremonial, evoking signage and print traditions associated with gothic and frontier-era display typography. Its sharp wedges and compact counters project authority and toughness, with a distinctly old-world, poster-like drama.

The letterforms appear designed to deliver maximum presence through dense strokes, wedge serifs, and faceted curves, borrowing from blackletter and carved-letter aesthetics while remaining readable in a modern display context. The goal seems to be a distinctive, high-contrast-in-shape (rather than stroke) look that creates a commanding, period-flavored texture.

The design builds a consistent top-and-bottom emphasis through repeated wedge serifs and clipped corners, producing strong horizontal “shelves” across words. Because the shapes are dense and the counters relatively small, the face reads best when given space (larger sizes and/or looser tracking) to avoid darkening in longer lines.
