A compact, angular sans with faceted terminals and consistent, monolinear strokes. Corners are cut into sharp chamfers, producing octagonal counters and pointed joins that echo blackletter construction while staying largely unadorned. Vertical stems dominate, crossbars are short and blocky, and curves are minimized into straight segments, giving the alphabet a rigid, engineered rhythm. Lowercase forms follow the same geometry, with a single-storey a and a tightly constructed g; numerals are similarly angular with hard corners and straight-sided bowls.

Best suited for headlines and display typography where the angular detailing can be appreciated—posters, branding marks, album covers, game titles, and themed packaging. It can also work for short pull quotes or labels when set with generous size and spacing to preserve legibility.

The overall tone feels gothic and severe, with a heraldic, Old World edge that reads as tough and resolute. Its clipped angles and dense texture create a dramatic, high-impact voice suited to darker or more intense themes rather than neutral text setting.

The design appears intended to translate blackletter and stone-cut lettering cues into a simplified, modern display sans. By replacing curves with facets and keeping stroke weight steady, it aims for a cohesive, high-impact texture that remains clean and reproducible across sizes.

Counters tend to be small and polygonal, which increases texture and can reduce clarity at smaller sizes. The design relies on repeated notches, spurs, and beveled ends to maintain stylistic consistency across uppercase, lowercase, and figures.
