A heavy, decorative serif design with compact proportions and chunky, rounded terminals. The letterforms are built from solid black shapes that are consistently pierced with small circular and oval perforations, producing a hollowed, riveted texture across stems and bowls. Serifs are bracketed and often flare slightly, with occasional inward notches and wedge-like cuts that add a subtly carved, wood-type feel. Counters are generally rounded and open, and spacing reads a touch irregular by design, reinforcing the hand-crafted, display-first rhythm.

Best suited for display typography such as posters, headlines, titles, and branding marks where the perforated texture can read as a distinctive graphic feature. It also works well on packaging and event signage that benefits from a festive, vintage show-card aesthetic, especially when set large with generous line spacing.

The repeated perforations evoke marquee bulbs, stitched leather, or punched metal, giving the font a showy, retro entertainment tone. It feels cheerful and attention-grabbing, with a hint of old-time signage and stage lettering rather than a modern, minimal voice.

The design appears intended to merge traditional bold serif display shapes with a consistent punched-out ornamentation, creating a textured silhouette that reads like marquee or crafted signage. Its primary goal is visual personality and thematic atmosphere rather than neutral text setting.

The dotted cutouts are a core motif and remain present across uppercase, lowercase, and numerals, creating strong texture that becomes denser as size decreases. Curves (C, G, O, Q, 8, 9) showcase the perforation pattern most clearly, while straighter letters (E, F, H, I) read more like punched columns. Because the interior pattern competes with fine detail, the design favors short strings and larger settings for maximum clarity.
