This typeface is a high-contrast serif with a strong vertical rhythm: thick main stems are paired with extremely fine hairlines and delicate, sharp serifs. Capitals are tall and stately with clean, pointed apexes (notably in A, V, W, and Y) and crisp, tapered joins. The lowercase shows a traditional book-seriffed structure with compact, carefully controlled bowls and a two-storey a; the e has a restrained eye and fine crossbar. Numerals follow the same contrast logic, with thin entry strokes and pronounced thick-to-thin transitions, giving figures a polished, fashion-oriented sheen.

It is best suited to editorial typography—magazine headlines, pull quotes, section titles, and refined packaging or brand marks—where its high-contrast detailing can be appreciated. In longer passages it can create an upscale, bookish texture, especially when set with generous size and leading to protect the delicate hairlines.

The overall tone reads sophisticated and premium, evoking the voice of luxury publishing and high-end branding. The extreme thin strokes and poised proportions create a sense of precision and formality, with a distinctly modern editorial gloss layered onto classic serif conventions.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary, fashion-forward take on a classic high-contrast serif: dramatic thick–thin modulation, crisp detailing, and an overall polished silhouette aimed at premium communication and display-led typography.

At text sizes the hairlines and fine serifs become a defining feature, producing a bright, shimmering texture in paragraphs and a dramatic presence in display settings. Spacing appears measured and airy, helping the sharp serifs and high contrast stay legible and preventing the dense black stems from feeling cramped.
