A heavy, block-built slab serif with soft, rounded interior curves and sturdy, rectangular serifs. Strokes are thick with subtle modulation, and joins are smooth, giving the letterforms a cushioned, almost “molded” look rather than sharp geometry. Counters are relatively small and rounded, and terminals are generally flat and squared-off, producing a dense, poster-ready color. The lowercase shows single-storey forms (notably a and g) with broad shoulders and short, punchy ascenders/descenders, while the numerals are wide and weighty with rounded bowls and strong footing.

Best suited to headlines and short bursts of text where weight and personality matter—posters, event graphics, sports/club identities, apparel marks, packaging, and bold signage. It can work for brief subheads or callouts, but its dense color and tight counters make it less ideal for long-form reading at small sizes.

The overall tone is confident and approachable—retro in spirit, with a collegiate/print-slab presence that feels energetic and durable. Its thick slabs and rounded detailing suggest warmth rather than severity, making it read as bold and friendly instead of formal.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact with a sturdy slab-serif voice, combining strong, print-like structure with softened curves for approachability. It aims to balance classic, collegiate slab cues with a contemporary, rounded robustness for branding-forward typography.

At larger sizes the soft curvature in bowls and joints becomes a defining character detail, while at smaller sizes the tight counters and dense weight can make texture feel compact. The design favors impact and cohesion over delicacy, with consistent, emphatic horizontals and a strong baseline stance.
