A compact slab-serif design with monoline strokes and sharply defined, flat-ended serifs. Curves are frequently faceted into octagonal forms—most evident in C, G, O, Q, and the numerals—creating a crisp, mechanical rhythm. Capitals are relatively tall and restrained in width, while the lowercase maintains a straightforward, workmanlike skeleton with simple two-storey forms where expected and minimal modulation. Terminals are squared and consistent, counters are fairly open for the width, and diagonals (V, W, Y, X) stay clean and taut, reinforcing an engineered, drafted look.

Well-suited to labels, packaging, and signage where a compact, sturdy serif needs to remain legible in tight spaces. The faceted curves and crisp slabs also make it effective for posters, book covers, and editorial headlines that benefit from a technical or archival atmosphere.

The overall tone feels practical and procedural, with a hint of vintage office and machine-set character. Its angular rounding and firm slabs add a technical, no-nonsense voice that reads as orderly and institutional rather than expressive or calligraphic.

The design appears intended to combine the authority of slab serifs with a machined, polygonal interpretation of curves, producing a distinctive, engineered texture. It prioritizes consistency and clarity over contrast or flourish, aiming for a controlled, utilitarian voice that still has a signature silhouette.

Distinctive faceting on rounded letters and numerals gives the font a recognizable “chamfered” silhouette, helping it stand out in display settings while still behaving like a text-capable serif. The ampersand and punctuation in the sample follow the same squared, structured logic, keeping the texture even across mixed-case lines.
