A delicate serif with pronounced contrast between thin hairlines and thicker verticals, using gently flared, wedge-like terminals that soften stroke endings. Capitals are clean and moderately wide with restrained bracketed serifs; rounds (C, O, Q) are smooth and open, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) stay sharp without looking brittle. The lowercase shows a large, readable core with compact ascenders and descenders, a two-storey g with a distinct ear, and a single-storey a with a subtle, tapered entry. Overall spacing feels open and even, giving the design a calm rhythm and a bright page color in text.

Well-suited to editorial typography such as magazines, essays, and book interiors where an elegant serif texture is desired without becoming heavy on the page. It also fits refined branding, packaging, and invitation-style applications that benefit from high-contrast letterforms and tapered terminals, especially at comfortable reading sizes.

The font conveys a composed, cultured tone—more bookish and editorial than decorative. Its fine hairlines and tapered details add a sense of sophistication and quiet formality, while the generous proportions keep it approachable and contemporary in long passages.

The design appears intended to blend classical serif expectations with a lighter, more contemporary delicacy, using contrast and flared endings to create sparkle and refinement in text. Its proportions prioritize readability while maintaining an upscale, literary voice for display and editorial settings.

Numerals follow the same contrast-led construction, with slim joins and slightly flared finishing strokes that keep them consistent with the letterforms. The crossbar on t is light and unobtrusive, and punctuation in the sample text reads crisply, supporting a polished typographic texture.
