A heavy, display-oriented serif with irregular contours and prominent internal knockouts that create a hollowed, mottled texture inside each letterform. Strokes are chunky and uneven in thickness, with wobbly edges and occasional bulges that suggest an inked or carved process rather than precise geometry. The serifs are blunt and bracketed, and the counters and interior cutouts vary from glyph to glyph, giving the face a lively, distressed rhythm. Spacing and widths feel uneven by design, reinforcing the handmade character across caps, lowercase, and numerals.

Best suited for short display settings where texture and personality are desired: posters, headlines, seasonal/Halloween graphics, event promos, album or book covers, and bold packaging moments. It can also work for logos or wordmarks when a deliberately distressed, spooky aesthetic is appropriate, especially with generous tracking and ample size.

The overall tone is eerie and theatrical, balancing horror-comic energy with a vintage, hand-printed feel. Its rough, cutout texture reads as aged, corrupted, or “haunted,” making it more playful-macabre than purely aggressive.

The design appears intended to mimic a rough, imperfect printing or carved-stamp look, using irregular outlines and deliberate interior cutouts to create a dramatic, high-impact texture. The goal is expressive character over neutrality, prioritizing atmosphere and visual noise that reads instantly as decorative display type.

The interior knockouts are large enough to remain visible at moderate sizes, but the busy texture can visually fill in when used too small or in dense paragraphs. Numerals and rounded letters (O, Q, G, 8, 9) emphasize the hollowed effect, while straighter glyphs (I, l, t) show pronounced edge wobble that adds to the distressed consistency.
