This typeface uses heavy, compact forms with pronounced stroke modulation and crisp, sheared terminals. Many bowls and counters are carved with narrow vertical slits and cut-ins that read as stencil-like apertures, creating a strong rhythm of black-and-white patterning. Curves are smooth and full, while joins and endings often resolve into sharp wedges or flat chops, producing a sculpted, poster-oriented silhouette. Lowercase shows compact, rounded construction with occasional ball terminals and notch-like detailing that reinforces the high-contrast, cut-out feel across letters and figures.

Best suited to large-scale applications where the carved counters and contrast can be appreciated: headlines, editorial display, campaign posters, brand marks, and packaging. It can also work for short subheads or pull quotes when set with comfortable spacing, but the strong internal cutouts make it less ideal for long passages at small sizes.

The overall tone is bold and theatrical, mixing modern editorial polish with a slightly rebellious, cut-paper/stencil edge. Its dramatic contrast and carved counters create a sense of luxury and intensity, suited to attention-first typography rather than quiet reading.

The design appears intended as a statement display face that maximizes impact through extreme black presence, sculpted counterforms, and a signature system of stencil-like interior cuts. The goal is to deliver a recognizable texture in text while retaining clear, upright letterforms for contemporary branding and editorial use.

The design maintains a consistent system of vertical apertures and internal cut shapes across rounds (e.g., O/Q/0 and related forms), which becomes a distinctive texture in setting. Numerals and capitals share the same carved interior language, helping headlines feel cohesive and highly graphic.
