A monospaced, wide-set roman with blunt, sturdy letterforms and visibly irregular contours. Strokes appear ink-heavy and slightly uneven, with ragged edges, small bites, and occasional bulges that suggest worn type or rough printing. Counters are generally open and simple, terminals are mostly flat or minimally bracketed, and curves (like O, C, and S) show uneven outlines that create a mottled texture. The lowercase has a straightforward, utilitarian structure with a single-storey a and g and a consistent, mechanical rhythm across words.

Works well for display typography where texture is a feature: posters, flyers, album covers, merch graphics, and packaging that benefits from a rough printed feel. It can also serve for short editorial callouts or UI labels when a gritty, tactile voice is desired, but the heavy texture may feel busy in long passages at small sizes.

The font conveys an analog, imperfect tone—like text stamped, photocopied, or printed on rough stock. Its distressed texture reads gritty and handmade while still feeling practical and legible, giving it a zine-like, underground energy rather than a polished editorial voice.

The design appears intended to mimic the look of worn mechanical lettering—typewriter or stamp-like forms softened and degraded by ink spread, aging, or reproduction. It aims to deliver a dependable monospaced structure while adding character through controlled irregularity and surface noise.

The distressing is consistent across glyphs, producing a cohesive speckled/eroded silhouette without collapsing forms. Numerals share the same rugged treatment and maintain strong, simple shapes that hold up in short strings.
