A condensed display face built from tall, vertical silhouettes and extreme thick–thin modulation. Strokes are dominated by heavy stems, while hairlines collapse to razor-thin slashes that appear as cuts through the forms. Many terminals flare into small wedges or blade-like serifs, creating a crisp, chiseled finish. Counters are tight and often vertically oriented, and the overall rhythm is strongly columnar with sharp joins and abrupt transitions that heighten the sense of tension and precision.

Best suited to headlines, mastheads, posters, and high-contrast editorial layouts where a tight, vertical voice is desired. It can also work for branding and packaging that aim for a dramatic, premium, or gothic-inflected tone, especially when set with generous tracking and ample line spacing.

The tone is intense and ceremonial, mixing gothic severity with modern fashion editorial energy. Its sharp hairlines and towering proportions feel dramatic and slightly menacing, while the polished contrast gives it a luxe, high-impact presence.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact through condensed width, towering caps, and extreme contrast, using blade-like hairlines and flared terminals to create a distinctive gothic display texture. It prioritizes presence and style over neutrality, aiming to turn short phrases into graphic statements.

In the sample text, the dense vertical rhythm produces a striking texture, with thin diagonal incisions becoming a recurring motif. The design reads best at larger sizes where the hairline cuts and wedge terminals remain clear; at smaller sizes, the compressed counters and ultra-fine details may visually merge.
