A high-contrast serif with a strong, sculpted presence: thick main strokes snap into hairline serifs and razor-thin joints, creating a crisp, poster-ready rhythm. Proportions are generous and open, with broad capitals and rounded bowls that feel slightly inflated, while terminals often resolve into teardrops or ball-like forms (notably in S, a, g, j, and 2). Serifs are sharp and finely tapered with subtle bracketing, and the italics are not present here; the roman shows an upright axis with occasional calligraphic flicks in letters like Q and R. Numerals and lowercase share the same dramatic contrast and curvy finishing, giving a cohesive, ornamental texture across text and titling.

Best suited for headlines, covers, pull quotes, and other display typography where its sharp contrast and ornate terminals can be appreciated. It can also work for premium branding and packaging, especially when set with ample tracking and comfortable line spacing to keep the texture from getting too heavy.

The tone is theatrical and editorial—confident, refined, and a bit flamboyant. It reads as classic and upscale, with a fashion-magazine sheen, while the rounded terminals add a playful, baroque charm that keeps it from feeling strictly austere.

This design appears intended to deliver a modern, attention-grabbing take on classic high-contrast serifs, combining crisp Didone-like structure with rounded, decorative terminals for extra personality in branding and editorial contexts.

The bold weight and intense contrast create striking word shapes, but the hairlines and small interior counters can visually fill in at smaller sizes. In the sample text, the dense black mass and decorative terminals produce a lively texture that favors short lines and display settings over long-form reading.
