A monolinear, typewriter-like serif with sturdy verticals and softly bracketed slab-like feet. The forms are deliberately imperfect: strokes wobble slightly, corners are rounded, and counters show subtle roughness that reads like ink spread or worn metal type. Curves are compact and somewhat squared-off, and the spacing and rhythm are even and mechanical, supporting consistent alignment in text. Numerals and capitals share the same sturdy, slightly distressed construction, with a clear, high-contrast silhouette against the page despite the textured edges.

Well suited to headlines, pull quotes, and short-to-medium text where a typed, archival voice is desired. It also works effectively for packaging, tags, and signage that benefits from a utilitarian, slightly worn aesthetic, as well as editorial layouts seeking an analog or documentary tone.

The overall tone evokes typed documents, vintage paperwork, and workshop labeling—practical, matter-of-fact, and a bit weathered. The mild distortion and inky edges add a human, analog feel that suggests age, reuse, and authenticity rather than polished modernity.

The design appears intended to capture the mechanical regularity of monospaced typing while introducing subtle wear and ink irregularities for atmosphere. It balances functional readability with a deliberately distressed surface to communicate vintage authenticity.

Texture is present but controlled: the distressing stays within the stroke boundaries enough to preserve legibility at text sizes, while becoming more characterful as the size increases. The serif treatment is consistent across the set, lending a cohesive, stamped impression.
