A slab-serif letterform with sturdy, upright structure and gently rounded joins, rendered with intentionally uneven contours that mimic worn metal type or rough ink spread. Strokes stay fairly consistent in weight while showing small nicks, bulges, and softened terminals, creating a subtly distressed edge rather than heavy grunge. Serifs are blocky and slightly flared in places, with a friendly, imperfect rhythm and mild baseline/sidebearing irregularity that keeps texture active in text. Numerals match the same chunky, softened construction and read clearly at display sizes.

Best suited to display applications where its distressed detailing can be appreciated: posters, labels, product packaging, event flyers, and book or album covers. It can work for short editorial callouts or pull quotes when a vintage, tactile voice is desired, but the rough edges may feel busy for long-form body text at small sizes.

The overall tone feels nostalgic and tactile, like printed ephemera, packaging stamps, or old shop signage. Its controlled roughness adds personality—casual, slightly whimsical, and handmade—without becoming chaotic or illegible.

The design appears intended to evoke old-style slab-serif printing with a deliberately weathered finish—capturing the character of imperfect impression, aged type, or stamped ink while retaining solid readability and a friendly, upright stance.

In paragraph settings the texture is consistent enough to form a coherent color, but the intentional edge wear and irregular counters make it most convincing when some grain and scale are allowed to show. The rhythm leans lively rather than formal, giving headlines and short passages a crafted, analog feel.
