A slab-serif, typewriter-like design with sturdy verticals, compact proportions, and a fixed, even rhythm across characters. Strokes show consistent weight but with noticeably irregular contours: edges look chewed, ink-spread, and slightly chipped, with occasional interior erosion that creates a battered print texture. Serifs are blunt and blocky, terminals are squared off, and curves (notably in C, O, and e) keep a firm, mechanical structure despite the distressed surface. Numerals and caps feel heavy and anchored, while lowercase retains clear, workmanlike forms built for steady alignment.

This font suits display settings where texture and atmosphere are part of the message: film or event posters, book and album covers, title sequences, and thematic packaging or labeling. It can also work for short blocks of text when you want a typewritten feel with added grit, especially in headings, pull quotes, or vintage-styled UI elements.

The overall tone reads as archival and hardboiled—like a well-used typewriter ribbon or a stamped label that’s been through rough handling. The distress adds a tactile, analog grit that suggests secrecy, age, and utilitarian documentation rather than polish or luxury.

The design appears intended to evoke monospaced, mechanical typing while layering in a deliberately degraded printing effect to convey age, wear, and urgency. It balances recognizable typewriter construction with an expressive, ink-worn surface for themed display work.

The distress pattern is pervasive and fairly uniform from glyph to glyph, creating a cohesive “worn print” voice without breaking the underlying letterform logic. At larger sizes the texture becomes a key feature, while at smaller sizes the roughened edges may visually fill in and darken counters.
