A display serif with sharp, hairline serifs and powerful vertical stems, built around extreme thick–thin modulation. The stencil construction is expressed through deliberate breaks and small bridges within bowls and curves, producing crisp negative shapes without softening the overall silhouette. Capitals feel tall and formal with tightly controlled curves, while the lowercase keeps a compact, bookish structure that still reads as distinctly high-fashion due to the narrow joins and fine terminals. Numerals and punctuation follow the same engraved, cut-out logic, giving the set a consistent, engineered rhythm.

Best suited to large-scale typography such as headlines, mastheads, event posters, and brand marks where the stencil detailing can be appreciated. It also works well for premium packaging or editorial pull quotes, especially in high-contrast layouts.

The tone is refined and assertive, mixing luxury-editorial polish with a slightly industrial, cut-stencil edge. It evokes couture mastheads, theatrical posters, and classic print-era drama—elegant at first glance, with a distinctive crafted sharpness up close.

The design appears intended to merge a classic high-contrast serif tradition with a contemporary stencil system, creating a recognizable display voice that reads as both luxurious and engineered. The broken strokes seem calibrated for visual identity work, prioritizing distinctive texture and silhouette over neutral text setting.

The stencil gaps are most noticeable in rounded forms (like O/Q and several lowercase bowls), where they create a signature pattern of interior cuts; this adds character but also makes the face feel intentionally ornamental. The strong vertical emphasis and thin horizontals create a crisp texture that benefits from ample size and contrasty reproduction.
