A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation, sharp wedge-like finishing, and bracketed serifs. Many capitals carry small, curled swash-like entry strokes (notably on A, B, D, J, N, P, R, and Y), giving the alphabet a lightly ornamental, calligraphic flavor. Counters are generous and the overall set is relatively open and wide, with crisp joins and pointed vertices (V, W) that keep the texture lively. Lowercase forms are traditional and readable, with a double-storey g, a compact ear on g, and a delicate, slightly tapered f; numerals follow the same elegant contrast with a curled top on 3 and a refined, old-style feel to 2 and 5.

Well-suited to editorial headlines, title pages, and book-cover typography where contrast and refined detailing can be appreciated. The ornamental capitals also fit invitations, certificates, and heritage-leaning branding, especially in short phrases, pull quotes, and section openers.

The face reads as classical and ceremonial, projecting an editorial, bookish authority with a touch of flourish. Its curly cap terminals and crisp contrast add a subtly theatrical or vintage tone without becoming overtly script-like.

The design appears intended to blend a traditional serif foundation with decorative, curled capital terminals that provide instant character for display typography. It aims for a balance of classical readability in the lowercase with more expressive, signature-like forms in the uppercase.

The curled cap strokes create strong identifying shapes at display sizes, while the fine hairlines and sharp serifs suggest the design will look best when printing or rendering conditions can preserve detail. In text settings, the distinctive capitals add emphasis and personality, while the lowercase maintains a more restrained, traditional rhythm.
