A high-contrast serif with pronounced vertical stress, combining very thick main stems with razor-thin hairlines. Serifs are fine and sharp with minimal bracketing, giving strokes a crisp, engraved feel. The uppercase shows generous, slightly wide proportions and strong silhouettes, while the lowercase keeps a relatively compact x-height with rounded bowls and finely tapered entry/exit strokes. Curves (notably in O, C, S, and g) are tightly controlled and glossy, and the numerals follow the same thick–thin rhythm with open counters and delicate finishing details.

Best suited for display typography such as headlines, magazine and book covers, fashion or culture editorial, premium branding, and packaging where its contrast can be showcased. It can also work for short pull quotes or titling, especially with generous tracking and solid reproduction conditions.

The overall tone is polished and dramatic, projecting a sense of luxury and authority. Its extreme contrast and refined hairlines create a fashionable, editorial voice that reads as premium and display-oriented rather than utilitarian.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary Didone-like elegance: strong, sculpted verticals paired with precise hairlines for maximum impact. It prioritizes high-fashion sophistication and punchy headline presence while maintaining a disciplined, classical serif structure.

In text settings, the rhythm is defined by bold verticals punctuated by very thin cross-strokes and serifs, producing a lively shimmer. The sharpness of terminals and the delicacy of hairlines suggest it will be most visually comfortable when given sufficient size and contrast against the background.
