A high-contrast serif with strong vertical emphasis, sharply tapered joins, and crisp, hairline serifs. The thicker stems are substantial while horizontals and connecting strokes fall away to very thin hairlines, creating a bright, elegant rhythm. Uppercase forms feel tall and stately with clean, sculpted curves; lowercase shows compact, tidy construction with tight apertures and neat terminals. Numerals follow the same logic, mixing sturdy main strokes with delicate cross-strokes for a poised, print-oriented look.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and other display applications where its fine hairlines and strong verticality can be appreciated. It also works well for premium branding, packaging, and event materials that benefit from a refined, classical voice, while dense body text is likely most comfortable at larger sizes with generous spacing.

The overall tone is polished and theatrical, leaning toward luxury and classic editorial sophistication. Its extreme light–dark modulation gives text a sense of ceremony and prestige, with a distinctly high-fashion, headline-forward presence.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern, editorial take on a classic high-contrast serif tradition, prioritizing elegance, sharp detailing, and a commanding typographic silhouette for prominent, attention-setting typography.

In longer lines the contrast produces a sparkling texture and pronounced stroke rhythm; at smaller sizes the finest hairlines may visually recede, while at display sizes the sharp detailing and vertical stress become a defining feature. The design maintains a consistent contrast model across caps, lowercase, and figures, supporting cohesive typographic color in titles and short passages.
