A condensed, vertically emphasized display face with sharp, angular construction and compact counters. Strokes appear largely even in thickness, but the cut terminals and tight internal spaces create a perceived contrast and a crisp, chiseled rhythm. Serifs are small and flared, often rendered as wedge-like hooks or notches rather than broad slabs, and many joins resolve into pointed shoulders. The lowercase maintains a restrained, built-from-straights look, with occasional Gothic/Fraktur-like cues in forms such as the angular bowls and the stylized descenders.

Best suited to short display settings where its angular details can be appreciated—posters, book/game titles, branding marks, and themed packaging. It can also work for large-size pull quotes or headers when a gothic, antiquarian mood is desired; for longer passages, generous size and tracking help preserve legibility.

The overall tone is darkly dramatic and archaic, evoking medieval inscriptions, pulp fantasy titling, and occult or ritual ephemera. Its narrow stance and rigid geometry read as authoritative and severe, with a theatrical edge that feels designed for impact rather than neutrality.

The design intention appears to be a condensed, attention-grabbing serif with blackletter-adjacent flavor—capturing an old-world, carved aesthetic while remaining structured and repeatable for modern display composition.

Spacing appears tight in running text, and the dense interior shapes can close up at smaller sizes, especially in letters with enclosed bowls. The distinctive, hooked terminals and squared-off curves give the font a consistent carved-metal or cut-stencil impression across both uppercase and lowercase.
