A high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation, vertical stress, and razor-fine hairlines. Serifs are thin and crisp with a refined, modernized classical feel, and curves terminate in sharp, controlled points rather than heavy bracketing. Proportions read generously wide, with open counters and a stately rhythm; round forms (C, O, Q) are smooth and expansive, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) stay delicate at the joins. Lowercase shows a traditional book-style structure with a double-storey a, a looped g, and a compact, slightly left-hooking f; punctuation and numerals carry the same contrast and fine terminals, producing a distinctly “cut” silhouette at text sizes.

Best used for headlines, magazine and editorial layouts, luxury packaging, and brand identities where crisp contrast and refined serifs can be appreciated. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when set with comfortable size and spacing, but it is especially impactful in display settings where the hairlines and sharp terminals remain clear.

The overall tone is polished and editorial, combining classic book-serifs with runway-level drama from the extreme contrast. It feels premium and ceremonious—suited to brands and layouts that want poise, authority, and a touch of theatrical refinement rather than warmth or informality.

Designed to deliver an elegant, high-fashion take on the classical contrasted serif: wide, composed proportions paired with dramatic stroke modulation and precise hairline finishing. The intent appears to be strong visual presence and sophistication for editorial and branding contexts.

In the text sample, the hairlines and sharp joins create a shimmering texture and strong letterform personality, especially where diagonals and thin serifs meet. The wide set and large round counters help headings feel airy and confident, while the high contrast makes strokes and spacing feel more pronounced in dense paragraphs.
