A heavy, block-built slab serif with broad proportions and compact internal counters. Strokes show noticeable contrast for such a bold design, with thick verticals and slightly lighter horizontals, and sturdy, bracketed slabs that read as carved-out terminals. Many joins and inside corners feature small notches or ink-trap-like cut-ins that sharpen the silhouette and help counters stay open at weight. Curves are full and rounded (notably in C, O, S, and the bowls), while the overall drawing stays square-shouldered and tightly spaced for a dense, poster-ready texture.

Best suited to large sizes where its slab structure, notched joins, and rounded bowls can read clearly and deliver impact. It works well for headlines, posters, labels, and signage, as well as branding systems that want a vintage, athletic, or frontier-leaning voice. In longer text it will feel dense and attention-grabbing, so it’s most effective as a display face or for short emphatic copy.

The tone is loud, confident, and nostalgic, evoking classic wood-type and sports or western display lettering. Its chunky slabs and cut-in details give it a rugged, hardworking character that feels energetic and emphatic rather than refined.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum visual weight and presence while preserving legibility through open counters and strategic cut-ins at tight corners. Its proportions and slab treatment suggest a display purpose inspired by wood-type and bold advertising styles, aiming for a strong, iconic word-shape in branding and headlines.

Uppercase forms are especially architectural and stable, while lowercase remains sturdy and simplified with large, round bowls and short ascenders/descenders that keep lines visually uniform. Numerals match the same stout, high-impact construction, with strong footing and clear, bold silhouettes.
