A delicate display serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp, finely tapered serifs. The letterforms are wide-set with generous horizontal proportions and open apertures, giving lines of text a spacious rhythm. Serifs are mostly bracketed and sharp, with thin hairlines on arches and joins; curves are smooth and controlled, and stress reads predominantly vertical. The lowercase shows a two-storey a and g, a compact ear on g, and a long-tailed Q that sweeps below the baseline, while figures are similarly high-contrast with elegant curls on 2, 3, and 5.

Best suited to headlines, titling, pull quotes, and editorial layouts where its high contrast and wide proportions can breathe. It can work for short passages at comfortable sizes, but it shines most in display settings such as magazine covers, cultural programming, invitations, and refined brand identities.

The overall tone is poised and cultivated, projecting a classic bookish elegance with a hint of fashion editorial polish. Its lightness and wide stance create an airy, upscale feeling that suits content meant to feel considered and premium rather than utilitarian.

The design appears intended to deliver a modern take on classical serif elegance: wide, open proportions paired with dramatic contrast and finely finished serifs to create a premium, literary display voice that still reads cleanly in running text at larger sizes.

In text, the thin hairlines and sharp terminals become a defining feature, so spacing and line breaks read especially clean and patterned. The wide capitals and generous bowls (notably in O, Q, and G) emphasize a calm, stately cadence, while the italicless upright forms maintain a formal, composed voice.
