A condensed display slab with heavy vertical emphasis and crisp, flat-ended serifs. Strokes are thick and mostly straight, with minimal curvature; many joins and outer corners are chamfered into octagonal, sign-like shapes. Counters are tight and angular, and the overall rhythm is compact and forceful, with strong stem weight and short, squared-off arms and terminals. Numerals and capitals share the same rigid geometry, giving the set a consistent, carved-block silhouette.

Best suited to short, high-impact typography such as headlines, posters, labels, signage, team or club marks, and badge-style compositions. It can also work for packaging callouts or editorial display where a dense, assertive voice is desired, especially when given breathing room.

The tone is stern and commanding, evoking industrial signage, varsity-era boldness, and old-world poster lettering. Its sharp corners and dense texture read as assertive and utilitarian rather than friendly or delicate.

The design appears intended to deliver maximum impact in a compact width while maintaining a clear, slabbed structure and a highly geometric, chamfered finish. Its consistent angular vocabulary suggests a focus on bold display use where a rugged, sign-painted or engraved impression is beneficial.

In longer lines the texture becomes dark and continuous, so it benefits from generous tracking and larger sizes. The angular treatments on letters like S, C, G, and O create a distinctive octagonal personality that stands out in headlines and badges.
