A sturdy slab-serif design with square-ended serifs and largely rectilinear construction. Strokes are close to monoline with minimal modulation, and curves (as in C, G, O, and S) are tightened into rounded-rectangle forms rather than fully circular bowls. Corners and terminals resolve into flat, right-angled cuts, giving letters a blocky, engineered finish. Proportions feel moderately condensed in the caps with clear, open counters, while the lowercase keeps a practical, workmanlike rhythm; the two-storey a and single-storey g add to a straightforward, text-capable texture. Numerals follow the same squared-off logic, reading cleanly with strong verticals and stable bases.

Well-suited to packaging, signage, and poster work where a sturdy, high-structure serif can carry impact. It also works for editorial subheads, pull quotes, and short-to-medium passages that benefit from a firm, utilitarian voice and clear numeral forms.

The overall tone is pragmatic and no-nonsense, with a faintly vintage, industrial flavor. The squared slabs and restrained curves evoke mechanical labeling and institutional print, projecting reliability and authority rather than delicacy or warmth.

The design appears intended to combine the familiarity of slab serifs with a more geometric, square-ended execution, emphasizing durability, clarity, and a mechanical sensibility. It aims for a dependable typographic color that can move between display and robust text settings without losing its distinctive rectilinear character.

In running text the face maintains a consistent vertical emphasis and a steady baseline, with slab joins that stay crisp at larger sizes. The squared terminals and narrowed curves create a distinctive, slightly stencil-like rigidity without appearing broken, making the texture feel disciplined and technical.
